| 摘 要： | 在中国共产党的革命史与执政史中反复出现了几个"十三年",它们是中国处于民主革命、社会主义建设与社会主义改革阶段中的重要历史时期.回顾与比较思考这一历史周期现象,对于明晰党的角色转换,对于党坚持与时俱进的时代品格,进行全面改革从而推进现代化步伐具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Several "thirteen years" appeared time and again in the revolutionary and ruling history of Chinese Communist Party; which took place at the important historical periods of Chinese democratic revolution, socialistic construction and innovation.Therefore it's essential to review and think the historical phenomenon in order to understand the party's role transition clearly and insist on keeping up with the time,so as to push forward the reform and speed up the steps of modernization. |
