| 摘 要： | 中小企业已成为我国社会主义市场经济体制的重要组成部分 ,对国家经济做出了巨大的贡献。但融资难已成为制约中小企业发展的重要因素。在目前条件下 ,应充分认识中小企业发展的特殊意义 ,采取有效措施促进中小企业的发展。

| Abstract: | The Medium and Small Enterprises (MSEs) have become an important component of the market economy of socialism,and do a great deal of contribution to national economy. But the difficulties of financing have hampered the development of the Medium and Small Enterprises. At present,the Medium and Small Enterprises have been becoming more important in china.Therefore,effective measures should be taken into account to accelerate the development of the Medium and Small Enterprises. |
