| 摘 要： | 工学交替人才培养模式是一种以职业人才培养为主要目标的教育模式,也是高等职业教育人才培养模式改革的重要切入点。文章阐述了工学交替人才培养模式的内涵、特征,分析了目前高职院校工学交替教学中存在的不足,并提出了更好地开展工学交替人才培养模式的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Personnel training pattern of working and learning alternation is an educational pattern taking vocational personnel training as the main objective,and is also an important breakthrough point of personnel training pattern reform for higher vocational education.This paper elaborates the connotations and characteristics of personnel training pattern of working and learning alternation,analyzes its insufficiency in higher vocational colleges at present and puts forward some specific countermeasures to further develop it. |
