| 摘 要： | 后现代主义发展观是人们反思工业现代化带来的生态危机、人际危机以及心态危机的结果，其目的在于修正这些危机，重塑一种全方位的和谐共存关系，实现人、人类社会与自然的可持续发展。其中，和谐共存是后现代主义发展观的价值基础，可持续发展是后现代主义发展观的价值核心。作为一种新的社会理念，后现代主义发展观对我们宪政发展提出了新挑战，它凸显了以发展权为代表的新兴人权；对传统社会价值体系提出了新挑战；挑战了传统观念中关于国际领域宪政文化交流及借鉴的认识等等。

| Abstract: | The post-modernism development theory results from the reflection on industrial modernization which brings about ecological,interpersonal and psychological crises.It aims at clearing up the crises,rebuilding holistic harmonious relationship of coexistence,and realizing sustainable development of man-society-nature,among which harmonious coexistence is the basis of value,and sustainable development is the kenel of value.From the perspective of social development,the post-modernism development theory poses new challenges to constitutional construction of China,manifesting itself in new human rights and cultural communication. |
