| 摘 要： | 质量问题是企业经营中的一个关键问题,是衡量一个国家生产力发展水平、技术经济水平的一个重要标志,也是衡量企业素质的一个重要标志。全面质量管理是现代管理科学的重要组成部分。实行全面质量管理对保证和提高产品质量、改善经营管理,提高企业素质和经济效益,促进企业现代化管理具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Quality is a strategic issue of running an enterprise.It is an important sign to measure the developing level of a country's fertility tecnology and economy,as well as an important sign to measure the diathesis of an enterprise. An total quality management is an important part of the science of modern management. Practising an total quality management to an enterprise is significant to assuring and improving the quality of products,to amending the management,to improving the diathesis of an enterprise and economic benefit and to promoting the modern management of an enterprise. |
