上海市中学体育传统项目学校田径项目课余训练现状与发展趋势研究

为促进体育传统项目学校在课余训练发展中发挥示范引领作用，对上海市部分中学田径传统项目学校课余训练现状进行调查分析，在上海市级田径传统项目占上海市全部传统项目学校布局数量前三位的现状下，显示田径传统项目运动员总体数量偏少；女子田径运动员数量比例相比更少；田径项目运动员等级水平相对不高；全能类项目选择人数相对偏少。反映出当前体育传统项目学校田径后备人才培养不足，运动员参加田径训练定项过早的现象。

A Study on the Current Status of Extracurricular Training of Track and Field in Traditional Sport Events in Shanghai Municipal Secondary Schools

Through investigating and analyzing the current status of extracurricular training of traditional track and field events in Shanghai municipal secondary schools, the author find that in terms of number, traditional track and field events are on the list of top three. However, the total number has decreased, and that of female athletes is even smaller. Besides, most of these athletes are in relatively low level. The number of unility player is also small. In this paper, the author intends to reveal the phenomena and features of current cultivation of reserved talents for schools of traditional sport events in Shanghai in order to help these schools play a role of guidance and demonstration in developing extracurricular training.
