| Abstract: | In order to meet the requirements for socialist construction in new parised,Jiang Ze-ming advolates the important thoughts of equal stress on rule of virtue and rule of law.These thoughts are recreation and elevation of our Party's strategical ideas of "dual tactics" are further developing results of Deng Xiao-ping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics.We must strengthen Party's building,cadre's building and all people's quality education to promote the rule of virtue. |
