| 摘 要： | 信息化是指一个国家由物质生产向信息生产、由工业经济向信息经济、由工业社会向信息社会转变的动态的、渐进的过程。信息化对经济发展的作用主要体现在支柱作用、基础作用、先导作用与核心作用等几个方面。在继续完成工业化历史性任务的过程中,必须采取切实的战略措施,以推进信息化的协调发展。
