| 摘 要： | 自江总书记“以德治国”的思想提出以来 ,经过两年来的学习和研究 ,人们己对其必要性、重要意义及德治与法治的关系等问题有了明确认识 ,我们应在此基础上及时转入对其实施方略的研究。本文为此提出了六点建议。

| Abstract: | Since the theory of "Rule with Virtue" was put forward by Mr. Jiang,general secretary of our party, We've been studying and researching it for two years. A clear understanding is gained among people of it's necessity, improtance and the relation between rule with virtuc and rule with law. Based on this understanding, we should take to research on the tactics in effecting it. This paper puts forward 6 proposals in this regard. |
