| 摘 要： | 自主学习能力能有效地提高学习的质量、水平和效率，提高创新思维能力。教师应该注重对学生自主学习能力的培养，为学生今后的生存发展与终身学习的需要打好基础。文章在对自主学习含义理解的基础上，分析了影响高职学生自主学习能力的因素，探讨了引导和培养高职学生英语自主学习能力的课堂教学方法。

| Abstract: | The autonomous learning ability can effectively improve the quality,level,efficiency and innovation ability of study.Teachers should cultivate the autonomous learning ability of students so as to meet the demand of survival developing and studying in the future.This paper analyzes the factors that affect the autonomous learning ability of students of higher technical institute,discusses the classroom teaching method of inducting and cultivating the ability of learning English based on the understanding of autonomous learning. |
