社会转型期湖北民间美术的继承与发展研究

民间美术是乡土艺术,是一切美术的母体。民间美术中的审美情趣、主流意识是热爱生活、热爱家乡、热爱祖国,它属于社会主义先进文化的组成部分。改革开放以来,党和政府十分重视民间美术。但是,由于种种原因,湖北民间美术在转型期也遇到一些困难,事业一直停滞不前。"三个代表"重要思想的提出,"十六大"精神的实施,湖北民间美术面临着一个前所未有的发展机遇。科学、系统地研究社会转型期湖北民间美术的继承与发展问题,对我省民间美术的发展具有现实指导意义。

Inheritance and Development of Hubei's Folk Art in Social Transformation Period

Folk art, an agrestic art, is the mother of all types of art. The dominant consciousness embodied in the folk art is the love for life, hometown and motherland. In this sense, folk art should be a part of advanced socialist culture. Since the economic reform and opening to the outside world, the governments at various levels have paid growing attention to folk art. Yet due to a number of reasons, the folk art in Hubei hasn't developed as fast as it should have been and is facing many difficulties. The proposing of "Three Represents" and the implementation of the 16th CPC National Congress spirit suggest an unprecedented opportunity for the development of folk art in Hubei, and a scientific, systematic study of the inheritance and development of Hubei's folk art in the social transformation period at this moment should have its guiding significance.
