摘    要:经济主体多元促使劳动关系呈现复杂化趋势,致使劳动关系不和谐因素增加。在分析了当前我国劳动争议特征及其不良影响的基础上,探讨引起争议的原因,提出了化解劳动争议,促进劳动关系转向和谐的相关对策建议。

Abstract:The multi-economic agents have led to more and more complicated labor relationship,and the disharmonious factors are also on the rise.On the basis of analyzing the characteristic of labor disputes of China and its negative influence,this paper probes into the reasons behind the disputes and puts forward solutions to solve the labor disputes.
