大学英语写作中的语篇连贯问题

大学英语写作中的语篇连贯通常涉及两方面的内容 :文章基础上的语篇连贯与读者基础上的语篇连贯。前者包括 :( 1)论点的统一 ;( 2 )论点的组织 ;( 3)衔接。而读者基础上的语篇连贯涉及到一篇文章在多大程度上能被读者理解。为了便于读者正确理解 ,作者应遵守交际的原则 ,保证内容充实、切题和表达准确 ,所以 ,语篇连贯又可以被解释为在兼顾读者的同时又遵守理论框架

Coherence in College Students' English Writing

Coherence in college English writing usually involves two aspects:text-based coherence and reader-based coherence.The text-based coherence includes:(1)unity of ideas;(2)organization of points;(3)link and reference.The reader-based coherence concerns the ability of a text to be understood by the reader.To help the reader draw the appropriate inference,the writer will have to conform to the communicative principles by being informative,relevant and sufficiently clear.So,coherence can be explained as the role of considering the reader and following some theoretical constructs.
