解决“三农”问题与发展小城镇

小城镇对于带动农村经济社会发展具有重要的战略意义。小城镇经济具有增长极效应,小城镇经济的繁荣必然带动县域经济的发展、壮大。而壮大县域经济是解决“三农”问题的重要途径。我国之所以不采用国际通行的城市化,而是采用城镇化,其重要原因就是强调不能忽视小城镇的作用。中国特色城镇化道路是和“三农”问题的解决及小城镇作用的发挥紧密联系在一起的。离开小城镇的辐射带动作用,农村经济就繁荣不起来,城乡差别就不可能缩小,更谈不上有条件把“农民工”转变为市民。
