摘    要:免费报纸是报业经营理念发展的产物,或许还不成熟,但至少有一点是不容置疑的,它顺应了当前竞争激烈的市场规律,顺应了新媒体、新技术不断出现和对纸媒体的冲击的现实,以读者为中心的靠扩大规模、尽可能地压低成本的经营理念,代表着办报的一种思路。

Abstract:Maybe free newspaper is not mature,which resulted from the development of press management conception,but it is unqusetionalbe that it adapts to the current market regulation with fierce competition and the fact of the new medium and new technique appearing continuously to attack the paper medium,it puts readers-oriented to expand its scale,drive down its cost accounting,and it really represents a new thought of running newspaper.
