| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the new requirements that the knowledge economy age puts forward for the cultivation of the information based talents and the talents that the information based development needs. On this base, the paper puts forward that the higher education, as the important base of talents cultivation, should change the traditional education thought and build up the new educational conception to cultivate information based innovative talents for the knowledge economy age. |
