| 摘 要： | 以最近四届本科学生为试点,结合本校安全学科特点,采用2+2的培养模式,构建了"精化基础理论、优化专业知识、强化实践能力、深化素质教育"的课程体系,阐明了安全工程专业人才培养途径,实现了"基础厚、知识面宽、实践能力强、综合素质高、德才兼备"的具有创新精神的应用型高级专门人才培养,在保持特色和优势的前提下,成功地实现了由面向煤炭(单一)行业的安全人才培养到面向多行业的高素质安全人才培养.
