| 摘 要： | 通过对高校大学生思想政治教育和学生管理工作面临的新形势、新任务、新困难、新挑战进行分析,指出高校辅导员队伍建设工作中存在的问题,提出了从思想重视、准入机制、考核奖惩、培训汰转、经费保障等方面加强高校辅导员队伍建设的几点应对策略。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the new situation,new task,new difficulties,and new challenge in ideological and political education and management of college students in colleges and universities,this paper points out the problems in the construction of instructor team in colleges and universities and gives corresponding suggestions for enhancing instructor team construction in the perspective of ideological focus,entry mechanism,examination,praise and punishment,training and elimination competition,and guaranteed funds and so on. |
