| 摘 要： | 采用中国1997—2012年的省际面板数据，在运用永续盘存法测算出农业科技存量，同时考虑农村劳动力流动对农村人力资本影响的基础上，采用固定效应模型实证检验了农业科研投入和农业人力资本对农业全要素生产率的影响。研究发现，农业科研投入能够显著促进农业全要素生产率的提高，而农业人力资本对农业全要素生产率的促进作用并不显著。另外，城市化进程和农业贸易条件对农业全要素生产率具有显著的促进作用，而农业外商直接投资、农业结构调整和受灾率显著降低了农业全要素生产率。

| Abstract: | This paper uses Chinese provincial panel data from years 1997 to 2012, employing the perpetual inventory method(PIM) to estimate an agricultural R&D. Considering the impact of rural labor migration on rural human capital and adopting the fixed effect model(FE) to test the effect on agricultural total factor productivity (TFP) of agricultural R&D and agriculture human capital empirically. The results show that agricultural R&D investment has a significant positive impact on agricultural TFP, agriculture human capital has a positive impact on agricultural TFP, but not significant. Besides, urbanization and terms of agricultural trade have significant positive impact on agricultural TFP, while foreign direct investment, structure adjustment and disaster ratio in agriculture have negative impact on agricultural TFP. |
