对“五四”新文学精神的继承与发展——论周文的文艺大众化思想

“大众化”思潮在中国近现代文学中是个一以贯之的潮流，虽然左翼文学界的文艺大众化是从批判“五四”文学开始的，但作为大众化运动的领导者与实践者之一的周文在文学的根本问题与原则问题上，都继承了“五四”新文学的精神。他提出文学要面向大众，要使用“活”的语言，而且还利用自身在边区政府的领导地位，完成了公文改革，实现了“五四”未竞的事业。

On the inheritance and development of the spirit of New Literature of May 4th Movement --discussing the thought of Zhou Wen on popularization of literature

Zhou Wen is one of the leaders to practice the movement of Popularization of Literature, a trend of thoughts permeating the history of China modern literature, which was against the literature style of May 4th Movement in the first place. However, Zhou Wen insistently inherited the spirit of New Literature of May 4th Movement when it came to the basic principle of literature and art. He proposed that literature should open up to the mass, using languages that were ＂alive＂. He also took advantage of his position in government as a cadre and accomplished the reform of official documents, in which way, he realized the revolutionary cause that the May 4th Movement couldn＇t achieve.
