| 摘 要： | 针对当前在大学生中出现的价值取向偏离、个人本位、道德观念错位和知行背离等现象所产生的社会背景及原因，以及高校思想政治教育中存在的合力弱化、目标脱离实际和内容空泛，以及缺乏有效的思想政治教育评价体系等问题，进行了初步的分析和探讨；就提高加强思想政治教育工作的重要性，优化思想教育过程，提高“两课”思想教育的实效，强化大学生思想政治教育队伍建设，加强校园文化建设和心理健康教育，建立和改进大学生思想政治教育的工作机制，提出了基本的思路与对策，对做好目前大学生的思想政治教育工作，具有一定的参考意义。 |

| Abstract: | This article deals with issues on contemporary cultivation of college students for proper ideological trend.It provides a perfect study on the facts of mentality of college students in their aberrant orientation of life,individualism,poor conscience and tendency of duplicity,and suggests why and how these defects are qualified by analyzing the improper cooperation of the leading and the following,unpractical teaching purpose worked out,insane teaching instruction and lack of effective evaluating systems in cultivating students.It aims at improving the education of both scientific and mental health of the students by producing new ways of thinking and countermeasures in universities. |
