摘    要:
黑水城出土文书所见官员人事变化情况为我们了解元代官员调动选任提供了较为翔实的文献。从黑水城文书来看,对调动官员进行考核是当时政府的主要职能之一。荐举、选充官员,是元代一项重要的官吏选拔途径。荐举、选充的人员要具备相应的条件要求才可充任。

Abstract:
The personnel changes of the Yuan Dynasty had been found in Khara Khoto Documents,provide a more detail literature to understand the elected officials.From these documents,one of the main functions of the government was the evaluation of mobilized officials.Recommendation and election of the officials were important ways of selection officials in Yuan Dynasty,and they must have certain conditions for the election of appointment.
