| 摘 要： | 规模收益不变型柯布—道格拉斯生产函数是不变替代弹性（CES）生产函数的特殊情形,本文利用不变替代弹性（CES）生产函数建立了三次产业资源优化配置模型,推广了王文举（2010）的成果,给出了三次产业间资本和劳动力配置均衡的必要条件,借以说明在我国劳动力从第一产业向第二、三产业流动的合理性和经济学机理。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we generalize the result from WANG Wen-ju（2010） and utilize CES production function to set up a model for the optimal collocation of resources among the three industries which can ensure the maximum income of the economic system.Therefore,we illustrate the rationality and economic mechanism of the flow of labor from the first industry to the second and third industry in our country. |
