企业家生命周期理论研究现状及评述

通过搜索相关数据库和著述对国内外企业家生命周期研究的相关文献的分析,从时间和属性两个维度对企业家生命周期的含义进行了解析,将企业家生命周期的文献分为基于企业生命周期、基于CEO任期、基于企业家个体自然生命周期和基于企业家身份四类,并据此,对生命周期的阶段划分和研究方法进行了介绍和评述。指出了现有研究的不足,强调了本文的理论和实践贡献。

Review the Literatures on the Life Cycle of Entrepreneur

By searching the relevant databases and publications on the life-cycle of entrepreneur and concluding relevant research,this paper explains the concept of life-cycle of entrepreneur from two dimensions——period and property,and divides the literature on entrepreneurial life cycle into four types,namely based on the life cycle of firms,based on the seasons of CEOs＇ tenure,based on the natural life cycle of entrepreneur and based on the function of entrepreneur.Accordingly,the stages and research methods on entrepreneurial life cycle are introduced and reviewed.Finally,the review points out the flaws of existing literatures and highlights the theoretical and practical contribution of this paper.
