Abstract:Starting with the fixed position of the market, the article makes a systematic exposition of the whole course of planning and operating of real estate selling, including the packing of the project,the tactics of the price and the advertisement, the controlling of the selling, the training of the selling personel and so on. And from this exposition, the general rule of real estate selling will be brought into light.
