| 摘 要： | 张謇以“绅领商办”的股份制企业模式,创建大生纺织公司。这种模式较好地处理了企业中国有资本和民间资本的共存关系、官商之间的权利关系,促进了企业二十余年的顺利发展。然而这种体制最终致使企业不堪重负,导致经营失败。

| Abstract: | Zhang Jian founded Dasheng Textile Company on the model of the joint-stock system enterprise.With this model,the relation of co-existence of state-owned capital and non-governmental and the right of government officials and merchants are handled comparatively well,so that the enterprise got a smooth development of twenty-odd years.But the system overloaded the enterprise,leading to the failure of the business. |
