构建科学高效的民族院校德育管理体制

德育管理是协调实施德育的组织与组织、组织与德育工作者之间的关系,以保证德育实效,完成德育任务,实现德育目标。民族院校德育管理体制是实行党委负责制,在新的时期,这种德育管理体制也暴露出其弊端:使民族院校的德育教育与专业教育相分离;封闭的德育管理体制使民族院校德育脱离社会、脱离民族地区的实际;使学生成为被动地接受自上而下的德育教育和灌输,学生及班级成为一种惰性的元素。构建科学、高效的德育管理体制应该从民族院校的实际出发,实行党委领导下的校长负责制的德育领导体制,由党委书记和校长共同负责民族院校的德育领导工作;建立以学科教师、行政管理人员为基础,德育专职队伍为主导,调动社会力量实施民族院校德育工作的机制,形成学校、家庭、社会有机结合的德育网络,提高民族院校德育工作的针对性和实效性。

To Construct Scientific and Efficient Moral Education Management System of Universities and Colleges for Nationalities

Moral education management is to moderate the relations between the organizations that implement moral education and between the organizers and the moral educators to ensure its effectiveness,accomplishment and achievement.The management system of universities and colleges for nationalities has been under the leadership of the Party Committee,whose disadvantages have come up in the new situation,making the moral education go away from professional education,society and reality,and the students have to accept the moral education passively.It is of great importance to construct a scientific and efficient system of moral management,which takes the context of universities and colleges for nationalities into consideration and is under the leadership of president supervised by the Party committee,in which the Party Secretary and the president work together for moral education,and in which working levels will be greatly improved with the joint efforts of the teachers,the administrators and moral educators,and the moral education network of schools,families and society as well.
