| 摘 要： | 近半个多世纪以来 ,基于区域性人权公约和依照公约建立的区域性人权机构而展开的区域性人权保护对国际人权保护做出了不可磨灭的贡献 :一是区域性人权保护通过区域性人权机构的立法拓展了国际人权保护的内容。二是区域性人权机构建立的个人申诉制度从实践上促进了国际法主体体系的发展和完善。三是通过探索区域性人权公约的有效实施机制展示了一条现实有效的国际人权保护途径。

| Abstract: | In more that half a century lately, the regional protection of human rights from regional conventions and regional organizations of human rights founded on the base of these conventions has made great contributions to the grobal protection of human rights. Firstly, this protection has expanded the extent of international protection by the law-making of these regional organizations. Secondly, the personal petition mechanism formulated by regional organizations has promoted the development and improvement of the body system of international law. Thirdly, the exploration to the implement machanism of regional conventions of human rights has revealed an effective way of imternational protection of human rights. |
