| 摘 要： | 本文从法律信息角度出发 ,运用经济学的分析方法 ,论证了法律的确定性与法律信息之间的密切关系 ,主张在审判制度改革中进行制度选择时 ,应尽量选择能促进法律信息充足、对称和正当适用的制度。
