| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛总书记在"纪念<告台湾同胞书>发表30周年座谈会"上的重要讲话,在精辟、深刻总结过去30年对台工作实践、成果和经验的基础上,主要论述有二:一是从和平发展的目标、两岸同胞共同推动和平发展与下一阶段的主要工作三个方面,论述了两岸关系和平发展的总体设想与战略架构;二是针对两岸关系和平发展的规律、特点及任务,从六个方面提出新的论述,集中体现出对台政策、理论的重大创新.
