东北大学中心花园景观使用状况评价

随着社会的发展,大学校园开放空间承担一定的社会功能和文化功能,为了更好地满足不同使用者的需求,以东北大学中心花园为研究对象,分别选取工作日、休息日中天气晴好的日子进行多次实地考察,运用使用状况评价（POE）研究方法,以发放调查问卷和访谈等形式对东北大学中心花园的使用者行为特征和使用需求进行了调查和分析,结果表明,东北大学中心花园存在文化氛围不浓、植物景观单调、道路引导性差、服务设施不完善、管理维护不利等问题,针对这些问题,提出营造文化氛围、丰富植物景观、增强道路引导性、健全服务设施、加强校园管理等建议。

An Landscape Evaluation of the Service Condition of the Central Garden of Northeastern University

With Chinese society progressing,the open space of university campus partly undertakes social and cultural functions.The central garden of Northeastern University was chosen as object of study.Field investigations were repeatedly made in the garden when weather was fine and such methods as POE,questionnaire,interview,etc were employed to investigate and analyze the behavioral features and demands of the central garden users.The result showed that the central garden lacks of dense cultural atmosphere,rich plant landscape,clear path guide,complete service facilities,and effective management.In view of the existing problems suggestions are made,such as cultivating dense cultural atmosphere,enriching plant landscape,strengthening the guide function of campus paths,making the service facilities sound,strengthening campus management,etc.
