| 摘 要： | 目前,东北三省正处在劳动年龄人口占人口比重最高的人口转变时期,关注劳动力供给发展趋势及其内在变化对经济社会的发展十分必要。未来几十年内,东北三省劳动力供给总量表现为先上升,2010年将到达峰值,以后呈现逐年下降的趋势。劳动技能人口分布不均衡,劳动年龄人口将面临老化等问题。

| Abstract: | At present,the provinces of northeast China area are at the stage of active labor population transformation.It is necessary to concern the trend and change of labor force supply.In the future,the amount of labor force will increase fist reach the peak in 2010.After that,it will decrease each year.The educational level of labor force distribute imbalance and the active labor force will be confronted with aging problem. |
