评沦陷时期日本对中国东北朝鲜移民的政策

东北沦陷时期,日本对东北朝鲜移民实行两种不同政策:1931年至1937年实行限制朝鲜人移民东北的政策.最根本原因有两条:一是为了稳定在东北的殖民统治;二是防止朝鲜移民与日本移民争利.1937年至1945年实行积极鼓励朝鲜人移民东北的政策.最根本原因就是利用朝鲜移民加强粮食生产,满足侵略战争的需要.无论那种政策,都是为其对外侵略扩张、掠夺并奴役东北人民和朝鲜人民服务的.

Discussing Japanese Policy for the Korean Emigrants to the Northeast of China during the Period of the Rule of Japan and the "Manchukuo"Puppet Regime

During the period of the rule of Japan and the"Manchukuo"Puppet Regime,Japanese imperialist implemented two different policies for the Korean emigrants to the Northeast of China:(1)They implemented the limitary policy for the Korean emigrants to the Northeast of China from 1931 to 1937.It have two primary reasons,on the one hand in order to steady colonial rule in the Northeast of China,on the other hand in order to prevent the Korean emigrants sharing the benefits with Japanese emigrants.(2)They implemented the encouraging policy for the Korean emigrants to the Northeast of China from 1937 to 1945.Its primary reason is raising the food output through the Korean emigrants' labour for meeting the need of the invading war.However,no matter which the policy is,they all serve the invading war and robbing the people of the Northeast of China and the Korean people.
