摘    要:人才成为规避中小私营企业发展风险,提升发展速度的关键因素。但目前中小私营企业人力资源管理中存在观念落后.机制不建全、措施不到位等问题,必须通过转变观念、制定有效的招聘策略、建立合理报酬制度、培训制度及其它激励手段达到留住人才的目的。

Abstract:Professional has become the key clement for medium-small private enterprise to avoid and develop quickly,but these are still several problems existing in these enterprises,such as backward concepts,a perfect policies,and inappropriate methods.These enterprises must keep their professionals through changing minds;making effective employment plans;establishing reasonable salary system,training system and so on.
