| 摘 要： | 汉语中的某些词由于词语的简缩使用而获得原本没有的义项，也就是说词语的简缩使用有时会导致词义的衍生。笔者对《现代汉语词典》中简缩衍生词义的情况进行了穷尽性统计，并在此基础上讨论现代汉语中词语简缩衍生词义的内涵、过程、规律以及原因等，认为词语简缩也是词义衍生的一种途径。

| Abstract: | The meaning of some words can be derived from word shortening in Chinese language. The paper makes exhaustive statistic study of word meaning derivation from word shortening in ＂Contemporary Chinese Dictionary＂, on the base of which, discusses the connotation, course, patterns and causes of derivation of word meaning in modern Chinese, and reveals that word shortening is also an approach of word meaning derivation. |
