| 摘 要： | 在界定土地循环利用概念的基础上,构建土地循环利用评价指标体系,利用江苏省1996～2007年统计数据,评价其土地循环利用发展水平.结果表明:目前江苏省土地循环利用发展态势处于上升阶段且优于全国;棕地开发成为阻碍土地循环利用的主要限制因素;资源减量投入在土地循环利用发展过程中的主要作用尚未凸显,土地、农药、化肥等生产资料利用率较低.最后指出:基于统筹大区域的产业发展,有利于提升资源利用效率;加强空置土地再开发和制定土地循环利用规划是实现土地可持续利用的另一可能途径.
