| Abstract: | The intension and extension of developing college students' comprehensive quality of learning to study, being good at application and bold in making innovation as well as its necessity and feasibility are dealt with. The new conception of college education and the new trend of life long and socialized higher education are discussed. The objective law of developing college students' comprehensive quality is put forward and its approach and methods are proposed. |
