| 摘 要： | 信息网络技术在政府行政领域的应用将极大地影响和改变传统的行政管理方式 ,从而提高政府行政工作的效率和透明度 ,增强政府和民众间的互动沟通 ,并有利于政府职能的转变和信用制度的建立 ,以及人们理念的创新和知识型政府的创建。因此 ,实施电子政务意义重大。
