| 摘 要： | 在社会主义市场经济条件下,我国企业失信行为比较突出,而企业诚信缺失的根本原因在于制度缺陷.从新制度经济学的视角出发,从制度创新的层次性、可操作性以及实施机制的角度进行企业诚信体系建设,对于完善我国企业诚信体系具有重要的现实意义.

| Abstract: | Currently,under socialist market economy,non-credit behaviors of China's enterprises are common.However,the credit defects of enterprises lie in institutional defects.It is of important significance to perfecting China's enterprise credit system and to constructing enterprise credit system from new institutional economics and from the angle of institutional innovation at different levels and feasibility and implementing mechanism. |
