As a professional community, principals tend to display different levels of capacity. To be celebrated is a goal most of principals are in pursuit of and a high ideal for principals' development. Apart from the general characteristics a common principal should have, celebrated principals should possess special characteristics, the internal factors by which their successes are achieved.
