| 摘 要： | 高度危险作业致害责任,是指因从事对周围环境具有高度危险作业造成他人损害时,依法应当承担一种特殊的侵权责任。必须依法认定各种具体的致害行为,明确高度危险作业致害惩处的构成要件,依法给受害人予以经济赔偿。
