The Innovation Mode and Optimized Path of Reform of the Rural Grass-roots Autonomy during the Transformation Period

Rural market-oriented reform makes the original system of rural society, the political space and the grass-roots autonomy system change fundamentally. The social and economic transformation of countryside is a systematic reform process of grass-roots autonomy and rural politics ; it can bring uncertain results to the trans- formation of the whole society that the lagged development or pause of any link in the market-oriented system. The arduousness and complexity of the social and economic transformation in the countryside brings opportuni- ties objectively to the development of rural grass-roots autonomy system, and makes the rural grass-roots autono- my and democratic political transformation necessary and inevitable.
