Research on Local Authorities' Credit Flaw in Attracting Business and Investment

Under reforming and opening policy, local governments in China have a powerful emotion to develop their economy and pay great attentions to attracting business and investment outside their own regions and abroad. In this campaign, we have big successes, but many problems are also obvious. This article mainly points out the lack of local governmental credit during attracting business and investment and suggests some solutions.
