| 摘 要： | 基于长沙市近郊农村农民集中居住状况的调查发现，农户集中居住后收入来源增多，收入水平有所提高，但家庭生活支出随之增长，人际交往及思想观念等亦受到影响。农民对集中居住生活满意度的影响因素包括高生活支出难以承受、公共配套设施不齐备、居住环境不好等。同时，集中居住过程中存在统筹规划脱离农村实际、资金来源无保障、补偿不到位等问题，据此提出因地制宜，不搞一刀切；确保农村集中居住的资金来源；维护农民合法权益等建议。

| Abstract: | Promoting the centralized residence of farmers in rural area of China is an important way to raise the level of urbanization; develop land intensively and economically, and improve farmer＇s life level. The status quo and impetus of centralized residence of Chinese farmers are analysed through consulting documentation related; farmer＇s willingness to centralized residence and centralized residence＇s influence on farmer＇s life and the problems during the process of centralized residence in Changsha area are analysed. Some cotmtermeasures to solve the problems are given through researching the circumstance of centralized residence of farmers in Changsha area. |
