关于中国行政哲学研究若干问题的思考

行政哲学属于应用哲学,与一般哲学和行政学既有联系又有区别。中国行政哲学研究要借鉴西方国家的研究成果,但必须立足我国国情,考虑到历史传统、政治体制、文明程度等方面的差异和改革开放的大背景。中国行政哲学研究要梳理清行政管理中的几个关系,如权力关系、职能关系、责任关系和主客体关系等。

A reflection upon several issues of Chinese Administrative Philosophy

Administrative Philosophy belongs to applied philosophy.It is related to and different from philosophy and administration as well.The research of Chinese Administrative Philosophy should take the achievements of western countries as refernces,but it must be based on the conditions of our country,taking into account the differences of historical tradition,political system,the level of civilization,and the background of the reform_and opening_up in our country.Some relations should be made clear upon Administration such as authority,functions,responsibilities,subject and object.
