跨文化交际与外语教学

摘    要:语言是交际的主要途径。英语教学不仅要强调听、说、读、写基本技能的训练 ,还应重视英语语言形式在各种非语言环境下的不同应用和交际功能 ,重视言语行为的交际意义。从跨文化交际的角度 ,针对外语教学的需要 ,从语言本身和社会文化两方面折射出英汉两种语言独特的社会性与民族性。

Abstract:It is known that language is a chief means of communication. English teaching and learning need lay much emphasis on training English majors how to read, listen, speak and write. Meanwhile, enough attention should also be paid to teach them that bilingual cultural knowledge is decisive in their studies. Illustrated with relevant theories and examples, this paper explains the cultural differences involved in terms of cross cultural communication, which is a learning strategy to assist pedagogical applications.
