| 摘 要： | 近日,公司法修改工作已经完成,在草案中增加了一人公司的规定。本文从传统公司法理论与一人公司的法律冲突这一角度来探讨一人公司合法存在的法律意义,进而阐明我国应怎样构建符合我国国情的一人公司法律制度。

| Abstract: | Recently, the modification work of company law has been complete. One-person company is allowed to exist. This paper probes into the legal of one-person company from the law conflict between the traditional company law theories and one person company, then clarifying how our country should construct the company law system which accords with one-person company in China. |
