东方文化的变迁对人权的影响

文化，特别是它的核心理念——价值观，与人权有内在的本质联系。理解一个国家、民族在人权问题上的立场和态度，必须了解它的文化和价值观念。文化、价值观和人权观都是普遍性和特殊性的统一。东西方在文化、价值观和人权观上的差异是客观存在的，应该互相尊重，求同存异，共同发展。文章着重以中国为例，说明文化的变迁对人权有深刻影响。

The Influence of the Variance of Orient Culture on Human Rights

Culture,and in particular value which is it's central concept,is intrinsically connected with human rights. To understand the standpoint and attitude of a state or people on problems of human rights, the precondition is to understand its culture and value. Culture, value and viewpoint of human rights are all unity of universality and particularity. Differences between the east and the west on culture, value and viewpoint of human rights exist objectively; both sides should respect each other, seek common points while reserving differences and develop together. This article emphasizes the example of China to illustrate that changes of culture deeply influences human rights.
