| 摘 要： | H- O理论 (即赫克歇尔 -俄林理论 )以要素分布为客观基础 ,强调各个国家和地区不同要素禀赋和不同商品的不同生产函数对贸易产生的决定性作用。要素合作型 FDI是该理论的扩展 ,其基本原则是转移可流动要素与不可流动要素的结合 ,提高各类生产要素的利用效率 ,其实质是生产要素在全球范围内的配置

| Abstract: | H-O theory is a classic one in the study of international trade, which, based on the distribution of producing factor, emphasizes that each country's different factor proportion and producing function have deciding effect on trade, and has been modified and added in the course of world economic development. The author applied the thoughts of H-O theory to the study of FDI and explained the close relation between FDI and the distribution of producing factor. Thus, FDI was analyzed in quite a different way from classic FDI theories. |
