论述了 2 1世纪中国新闻传播教育的四个重要层次 :坚持终身教育、扩大学校教育、完善精英教育、加强社会教育 ,提出新世纪中国新闻教育的目标在于逐步提高全民新闻素质和建立一支素质优良、数量充足、结构合理的新闻人才队伍。四个层次的教育密切结合、协调发展 ,力争在 2 1世纪中期彻底改变中国新闻教育滞后于新闻事业发展的局面

A Preliminary Research on the Tendency of Chinese Journalism Education in 21 Century

The thesis discusses the four important parts of Chinese journalism education in 21 century: lifetime education, school education, elite education, social education. The basic aim of Chinese journalism education is gradually improving quality of journalists and organizing enough number of future elite with proper knowledge structure. The thesis proposes that if we stick on the four parts education, we shall wholly change the conditions of Chinese journalism education.
